Mr. Frost has been helping food & beverage companies grow for more than 35 years by providing marketing, acquisition, divestiture, licensing and joint venture planning and strategy assistance. He is a branded food expert with experience ranging from the farm, to the manufacturer, to the retailer and final consumer. He has served in various executive management capacities with Starbucks, KPMG, and Pillsbury. Frost & Partners is a consulting firm targeted at privately owned and private equity financed businesses. Mr. Frost has an MBA from Harvard’s Graduate School of Business with an undergraduate degree in economics from Pomona College. He serves on the faculty of Aurora University where he teaches strategy and leadership. He has been a speaker on Food & Beverage mergers & acquisitions, family business transitions and financial planning. Mr. Frost is a member of Financial Executives International.
Mr. Long has been providing business consulting, financial advisory, interim management and fiduciary services to a wide range of industries for over 19 years. His broad based experience includes public accounting and auditing, and serving in senior management and finance positions in both private and public companies . Mr. Long is experienced in international operations and has extensive experience in Bankruptcy and Receiverships. He has served as a Consultant, Receiver, Debtor-in-Possession, Disbursing Agent, Trustee, Examiner and Creditors’ Committee Chairman.
Mr. Long is a Certified Turnaround Professional, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, a Certified Public Accountant and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA. He received his MBA in Finance from California State University, Fresno and his BS in Accounting with a minor in Economics from San Jose State University. He has also completed the Executive Financial Management Program at Stanford University.
Mr. Long is a Director and President of the Central California Receivers Forum, a Board Member of California Receivers Forum, a Director and Treasurer of the Central California Bankruptcy Association and a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Stevens joined The Food Partners after 32 years in banking. His career encompassed management roles in commercial lending and special asset management at Wells Fargo Bank and later at Rabobank Nederland. Stevens transitioned from Rabobank’s special asset unit to various management roles in their retail banking division. This led to his appointment as Chief Credit Officer of Rabobank, N.A. where he led the development of the credit risk management group and was a key contributor to the growth of the franchise. Mr. Stevens’ recent consulting work with Mission Community Bancorp resulted in his joining the company as Chief Credit Officer of the holding company and bank in April 2011. He will continue in a strategic advisory capacity with The Food Partners.
