Abhi has 4 years of investment banking experience across capital markets, mergers, acquisitions and divestures. With an emphasis on M&A, Kadiyala assists with developing information memoranda and client presentations, synthesizing financial and operational analysis, critical market insights and strategic opportunities for clients and stakeholders. He also conducts comprehensive research on retail and food industry landscape, valuation analysis, market trend assessments, financial due diligence and detailed financial modeling.

Prior to joining The Food Partners, Kadiyala was with Citigroup, where he worked in structured-debt investment banking. While at Citigroup, he assisted with several multi-billion-dollar debt financing transactions, providing advisory services to corporate clients and financial sponsors.

Kadiyala has a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, where he majored in Economics and Mathematics.
