FTC Approves Tops’ Sale of Three Stores

WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — The Federal Trade Commission said it has approved the sale by
Tops Markets here of three stores to Hometown Markets LLC and appointed a trustee to seek a
buyer for four other stores.
